Property Club How will it all work?
Basically, you will be investing in an LLP (Limted liability Partnership) company which will be the medium that will purchase the property. Each investor will have equal voting rights and shares in the company. You will effectivly be a silent director. Each director will sign a shareholders agreement which will stop any investor pulling out of the club after the property contracts are signed, which gives each investor piece of mind that the club will not collapse.
Why would I enter a club with other investors?
It allows investors to spread their portfolio. Instead of investing £60,000 in one investment they could spread that capital around 5 or 6 investments. With most investment the better ‘deals’ are when investors invest higher amounts of capital, however with the property club we can bring these ‘deals’ to investors who want to invest small amounts of capital.
Where or what will we be investing in?
The property clubs will invest in overseas property. We aim to have a few options of investments/developments available so you can decide which development and investment suits you best.
What capital will be required?
There will be a set amount of capital required to invest in certain clubs, however the minimuim capital invested will be £5000.
How long will my capital be tied up in the investment?
This will be dependant on the investment, however, the time scales will be transparent at the time of application.
What are the current clubs available?
1. Las Vegas – 70% return on investment in 24 months, minimuim capital required, £6000.
2. Dominican Republic – 95% return on investment in 30 months, Minimuim capital required, £10,000
3. Margahrita Isla – 7% Net rental return & Captial Appreciation over 12 years, Minimuim capital required, £23000.
